- Studio rentals (hourly, half-day, and full-day bookings)
- Equipment rentals
- Photography workshops and training sessions
This policy does not cover non-refundable service fees, late cancellations outside the specified period, or fees for damages caused by the client.
3. Booking Cancellations
3.1. Hourly and Studio Rentals:
- Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled booking are eligible for a full refund.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made 24–48 hours prior to booking may be eligible for a 50% refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking are non-refundable.
3.2. Equipment Rentals:
- Equipment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental. Full refunds are issued if the cancellation is made in this time frame.
3.3. Photography Workshops:
- Workshop registrations canceled 7 days or more before the session start date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations less than 7 days before the workshop are non-refundable, but the client may transfer the booking to a future session.

- Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- In some cases, processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
- Refunds may be reduced by any non-refundable service fees, transaction fees, or charges related to third-party payment processing.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
Qorima may issue full or partial refunds in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Studio closure due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, maintenance issues, or emergency situations)
- Equipment malfunction that prevents the booked service from being delivered
- Errors or miscommunication during the booking process
In these cases, Qorima will work with clients to offer either:
- Full refund
- Rescheduled booking at no additional cost
7. No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled studio rental, equipment rental, or workshop without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund. We encourage clients to notify us promptly to reschedule or cancel bookings.
8. Modifications to Bookings
- Clients may request to modify their booking date or time subject to availability.
- If a modification results in a shorter rental duration, the refund amount will be calculated proportionally based on the original booking fee.
- All modifications must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the original booking.
