Welcome to Qorima! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Qorima’s website and services, located at 64 Yorkminster Rd, North York, ON M2P 1M3, Canada.

1. Definitions

  • “Client”, “You”, and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions.
  • “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our”, and “Us”, refers to Qorima.
  • “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves.

2. Use of the Studio

Our studio is available for rent subject to availability. Bookings can be made via our website, by phone at +1 705-372-3551, or by email at [email protected]. All bookings are subject to confirmation by Qorima.

You agree to use the studio and equipment in a responsible and careful manner. Any damage to the studio or equipment caused by you or your party will be your responsibility, and you will be liable for the cost of repair or replacement.

3. Rental Fees and Payment

Rental fees are as specified on our website and are subject to change without notice. Current rates are:

  • Hourly Studio Rental: $50/hour
  • Half-Day Studio Rental (4 hours): $180
  • Full-Day Studio Rental (8 hours): $350
  • Equipment Rental: $20–$100 depending on gear
  • Photography Workshops: $100 per session

Payment is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and other electronic payment methods. Details will be provided during the booking process.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled rental time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before the scheduled rental time will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled rental time are non-refundable.

5. Equipment Rental

Equipment rental is subject to availability. You are responsible for ensuring that you are familiar with the operation of any equipment you rent. Qorima is not responsible for any damage or injury resulting from the misuse of equipment.

6. Photography Workshops

Our photography workshops are subject to minimum enrollment requirements. If a workshop is canceled due to insufficient enrollment, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Qorima and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from this website without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Qorima is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our studio, equipment, or services. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the rental or service.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

10. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

Qorima reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these terms and conditions.
